A large rectangular micromosaic after Francesco Vinea’s 1876 painting. A woman decants wine in a vaulted cellar while a seated cavalier holds a glass and a dog rests nearby. Glass tesserae translate brick, wood, fabric and shadow into a carefully staged interior.
